With an 11m by 7m swimming pool and a 5m filtered paddling pool, plus a games room, sand pit and play frame there will always be something for your children to do

Our unique play frame is built around an ancient wine barrel rescued from one of the farm buildings on site. With a tightrope, monkey bars, swings and a secret den, it’s sure to keep your kids entertained for hours.

Pipedream is our unique cross between snooker and crazy golf! Navigate the five-hole course to get the highest score. See the video here.

The sandpit is in a shady area so small children can play there without fear of sunburn.

Try your skill at table football…

…or a game of table tennis.

Experience world events in a communal setting. Here’s Mo Farrah winning gold in the 2012 Olympics.

Or just chill out by the pool, relax and soak up the rays.

In addition there’s a badminton set, a football goal and a basketball net.

We also have an extensive library of DVDs that you’re welcome to borrow, as well as a more conventional book library should you run short of reading material.

Things to do nearby

Explore the village of Courant and the neighbouring villages for more activities and useful shops. There’s a full size football pitch just across the road, which is also a great location to fly your drones and kites. Or stroll around the village to visit the neighbouring farms, where you can see cows being milked and, if you’re lucky, giving birth to calves.

The church of Sainte Radegonde is a short walk away through the fields.

Around the corner you’ll find a sculpture garden dedicated to Romanesque artworks.

The village of Loulay is a ten minute drive away, or a 20 minute cycle if you’re feeling fit. There you’ll find a couple of boulangeries selling fresh croissants and baguettes, a small supermarket and a pharmacy, as well as a tennis court available for hire.
